Sarah Staed

Sarah serves as Global Vice President of Customer Success at ScreenPoint where she is responsible for building a scalable customer success organization that drives retention, revenue, and customer advocacy.

As a customer Success executive with 20+ years of experience, she has led high-performing teams across SaaS, Medtech, and healthcare. She started her healthcare career as part of the Neurovascular then Stroke Therapy Division at Stryker, where she spent nearly a decade. She then spent five years at the rapidly scaling Viz.ai where she served as Director then VP of Customer Success.

She received her undergraduate degree in Communications Studies from the University of Iowa and has volunteered for years as part of the Stryker Women's Network. She resides in North Carolina.
